FracPatch | High Pressure High Temperature

fracpatch

When high pressure and temperature differentials are applied during hydraulic fracturing, failures can occur such as parted casing collars or frac sleeve malfunctions.

FracPatch can seamlessly clad and seal failed areas while maintaining inner diameter.

Once a FracPatch is applied, operators can pass through with a plug and perf or packer and sleeve completion to fracture the wellbore below.

FracPatch is designed for deployment on jointed drill pipe or coiled tubing.

FracPatch can cover an area ranging from 30′ to 5,000′ in length.
